  • Quick payback

Making a litre of organic oat milk costs about €0.25, organic rice milk €0.30 and soy milk €0.35. You'll save every time you make your own plant-based milk, thus quickly earning back the Vegan Milker.

  • 5 times more nutritious

Homemade vegetable milk contains 5 times more nutrients, vitamins and amino acids than the same vegetable milk from a carton. Source: studies by CSIC, Prager University of Chemistry and the Faculty of Toxicology in Valencia. In this scientific study, plant-based milk was made with the Vegan Milker and then compared with the packaged version (organic).

  • Zero Waste

Besides the nutritious homemade vegetable milk, you will also keep pulp. You can use this to make hummus, tabouleh and biscuits, for example. With the Vegan Milker, you actively contribute to reducing packaging materials, plastic use and unnecessary food disposal. For recipes with pulp, see the free English e-book, downloadable below.

  • No unwanted ingredients

You decide what you eat. Organic or not, a creamy texture or something lighter, what type of salt you use and what flavourings. No stabilisers, preservatives or sugar needed!

  • General use

1. Put a cup of chufas, nuts, grains or seeds in the sieve and add 3 cups of water.
2. Add a date or spices such as cinnamon or ginger. Cocoa powder makes an easy and healthy chocolate milk.
3. Grind everything with the hand blender as finely as possible.
4. Raise the sieve and press all the milk out of the pulp with the pestle.
5. Done!

With the lid on, keep the milk good for a few days in the fridge. Rinse the sieve immediately under warm water.

good but expensive while not so long ago this device was priced at 29.90

    • Sander (store manager) -

Hi Wilma, true the maker himself sold them on Amazon at that price. That was not feasible for us. In March, there was a fire in the maker's warehouse after which they ran out of stock. Everything there now is newly made and also on Amazon the product has become more expensive, now we are even cheaper. Anyway, glad to hear you like the device!

I am very excited about the product. Of course, you can use the blender, a sieve and a cheesecloth to make plant-based milk.
However, this milkmaker has everything in 1. All you need is a hand blender. From soaked chufas, I made "milk" in no time. The sieve does not let any bits through. It is easy to clean (do the same thing immediately). And the cup is easy to close and fits in the door of your fridge. The product is made of solid material. NB a recipe booklet would have been nice to include.

Just received my Chufamix (with a very nice personal note from Sander! Very special!).
Immediately used to make oat milk. Simple to do and perfect results. And yes: the price is quite hefty but if you use it with a bit of regularity, you'll have that paid for in no time. The more expensive packs of imitation milk are around 2 euros in the supermarket so do the math...
One of my best purchases in terms of kitchen accessories in the past year!

A very practical device which simplified your life when you want to do either a chufa milk or a nuts milk. For example for the almond milk, it's very simple: 10 grams of soaked almonds (1 night in plain water, well rinsed before using), 1 litre of filtered water, 2-3 dates, a pinch of salt and a bit of vanilla. The result is delicious and can be kept in the fridge for a few days.

5-stars get this one from me. I used to make my nut milk with the slow juicer, but this goes much faster and better thanks to the super fine strainer. It's also so clean. Simplicity. So besides the blissful Horchata, also perfect for all kinds of nut milks. You won't regret this purchase!
