Vegan Milker MÜLSI

A new version of the Vegan Milker!
The 'MÜLSI' has as a big change the removable bottom of the strainer. For a start, this makes rinsing under the tap a lot easier.
In addition, you can use different sieves in the base to play with the creaminess of the resulting drink. We noticed that this makes a difference when figuring out the density of the weave in the nut milk bags. Finer weave gave more creaminess.
The Mülsi has 1 strainer and a closed plate, the Mülsi Soul has 2 strainers and a closed plate.

5 times more nutritious
Homemade vegetable milk contains 5 times more nutrients, vitamins and amino acids than the same vegetable milk from a carton. Source: studies by CSIC, Prager University of Chemistry and the Faculty of Toxicology in Valencia. In this scientific study, plant-based milk was made with the Vegan Milker and then compared with the packaged version (organic).
-
Zero Waste
Besides the nutritious homemade vegetable milk, you will also keep pulp. You can use this to make hummus, tabouleh and biscuits, for example. With the Vegan Milker, you actively contribute to reducing packaging materials, plastic use and unnecessary food disposal. For recipes with pulp, see the free English e-book, downloadable below.
-
