Verified ownerI am on an AIP restricted diet so most flours are not allowed. Tigernut flour is allowing me to bake cakes and muffins as it is AIP compliant. It is delicious too so do not feel like I am on a restricted diet with this flour.

Which was so delicious that I quickly ordered some more. Furthermore, chufa is a delicious product, nice and sweet. I even make a delicious porridge with it now in the morning. And you can also bake a nice bread from it.
