Description
This organic chufa granola is not baked but dried at a low temperature. As a result, it retains all the enzymes, fibre, vitamins and nutritional values of the ingredients. The granola contains fibre which is good for our intestinal flora and digestion. Chufas are not nuts but tubers. The granola does not contain gluten and is therefore suitable for people who have problems with gluten intake.
The bag often still contains large pieces of granola, which our children love to eat like biscuits.
