Rich in fibre that acts as a prebiotic, a nutrient for good gut bacteria.<\/p>\n<p>Chufas contain the minerals magnesium and iron and are rich in phosphorus and potassium.<\/p>\n<h3>Use<\/h3>\n<p>The advantage of this extra fine flour is its finer texture which makes it very suitable for baking. Compared to other flours, chufa flour has the advantage of being sweet! You need to add a lot less sugar in recipes.
